Our Process
We offer a 5-week building delivery for many of our projects, and we specialize in rapid building erection with our in-house building crews.
Upon contact with Excel Steel, we will assess your building requirements, including options such as windows, doors, their size and locations, as well as insulation, liner panel, interior fitup, and the exterior panel style, roof, and colors you wish to apply.
You will then be presented with a price based on those requirements and whether you wish either our crew to erect and finish, you choose to employ your own crew, or build yourself. Full working blueprints and manuals are available for every building.
Upon acceptance, a contract including scope of work will be executed, a deposit will be made, and your building will be ordered and scheduled for engineering and production. Anchor bolt plans are usually available several weeks after the final order is made so work can begin on your site at that time.
We can furnish general contracting services such as procuring building permits, contact with and coordination of sub-contractors as required, and any other necessary functions to bring your project in to your satisfaction.
